today I posted a picture on my instagram of some amazingly tasting mango- coconut milk smoothies, which I made at home in Germany. I got inspired by the German “natürlich” magazin, which made similar smoothies. Because they tasted so amazing and they are the perfect drink for the summer, I wanted to share the super easy recipe with you guys. Also I just added some different fruit juice leftovers that would have spoiled otherwise. This is such a good way of avoiding food waste. But first, starting dreaming with a picture of the deliciousness here:
For 2 big smoothie glasses for 2 persons you need:
- 1 mango
- ½ lime
- 200 mililiters of coconut milk
- 1-2 cups of fruit juice (whatever juice you like)
- 1 table spoon of agave syrup
- EDIBLE: flowers from the garden
Start cutting up the mango into little chunks and put them in a mixer. Take the lime half and squeeze it out into the mixer. Next, pour the coconut milk and the fruit juice into the mixer. Finally add the agave syrup and start mixing until you get an even smoothie.
Fill the smoothie into glasses or bowls and add flowers if you want to.
