Hey my dears,
Today I wanted to share the recipe for a very tasty chia pudding that I made a few days ago. I got inspired by my day dreams about spring, hoping that it will finally arrive. Check out this meal below:
For the meal for 1 portion you need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 pear
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 table spoon of granola
- 1 table spoon of honey
- 2 table spoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 1 table spoon of agave syrup
- Christmas Cookie Baking forms
- 1 inch of blue food coloring
One night before preparing this meal, purree the blueberries with a hand mixer and pour them together with the chia seeds and the oat milk in a bowl. Mix them in there with the agave syrup and the food coloring. Let them rest in the bowl the whole night.
The next day, slice the ripe banana into two by dividing it into half. While keeping one half aside, take the other half and start frying it in the pan. Once it is sizzling in the pan, add some honey on top to make it caramelize a bit. Take it out a after a few minutes. The other half of the banana can be eaten.
Now, cut the pear into slices and squeeze the Christmas cookie forms on the slices to get the star and moon shapes.
Serve the banana and the pear pieces on top of the chia pudding and sprinkle the granola on top.
Enjoy and CARPE DELI 🙂
